Line Isolations and Weld Testing

By utilizing the double block and bleed isolation tool TopFlight Mechanical Services perform the Line Isolation and once welding is complete perform the hydro-static-weld test with the same tool.

TopFlight Mechanical Services has the capability to isolate piping systems ranging from .5” up to 120” and test pressures up to 5,000psig. 

 In addition to the traditional isolation method, TopFlight Mechanical Services also provides inflatable balloon isolations which can be used to isolate lines in the tee’s and elbows of piping systems.
